We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select European countries.

We only offer shipping outside of the UK and Europe on demande

 

2. Shipping Charges

United Kingdom: A flat shipping fee of £3.50 applies to all orders.

Shipping is free for orders over £24.99

Europe: A flat shipping fee of £9.99 applies to all orders.

Shipping is free for orders over £44.99 & within European union

Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

UK deliveries usually arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

European deliveries typically take 5-10 working days from dispatch.

During peak periods or due to unforeseen delays, shipping times may vary.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where applicable.

If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@teacoins.co.uk.

 

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 5 working days before contacting us.
